Transition Coaching

 

Life is a transition between birth and death. We are all the time in transition. Everything around us is changing. Sometimes things and people change at a faster pace than we can change. That is when we are thrown out of gear. Each of us has our own speed at which we can change and adapt. When the changes in the environment, are slower or on par with our ability to change life is comfortable. But when we are changing faster than our environment life is boring. When environment is changing faster than our pace of changing or when many things in life are changing at a time we find it challenging to cope and end up in stress.

 

 

We are all born with an inbuilt capacity adapt to changes and face challenges. However one needs to update this regularly. We pass through different stages of life childhood, teenage, young adults, adults, middle age and old age. There is a change happening very often with changing responsibilities, demands and needs of each age. There are changes at work, responsibilities increase with marriage, children etc. Change of place, additional responsibilities in family or at work, managing changing financial needs all have some effect on the quality of life. Transition coaching is all about managing these changes without having to get stressed or replacing something one loves to accommodate a change. Transition coaching helps one to understand the dynamics of change and prepares  for facing a challenge with ease.
